1. Digital Products

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products (including The Clarity Catalyst and The Cognitive Architecture Protocol), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is industry standard for digital information products.

2. The "Functional Clarity" Guarantee

However, we stand by the effectiveness of our systems. If you complete the entire 7-Day Clarity Catalyst protocol, implement the exercises, and feel you have gained absolutely no functional clarity or relief, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for this refund, you must submit proof of completed coursework (the daily worksheets) to demonstrate that you attempted the protocol.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to any recurring service (such as the Team License backend), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

4. How to Request a Refund
